1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Moniquid, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Moniquid was a manual-entry personal finance app that helped you:

• Track income and expenses by entering them yourself
• Upload bank statements (CSV/PDF) or scan receipts
• Manage budgets, savings goals, and debt payoff plans
• Receive AI-powered categorisation and financial coaching
• Generate reports and export your data

Moniquid did not connect to or sync with your bank accounts. All data was entered manually or via uploads you controlled.

3. User Accounts

You were responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, all activity under your account, and notifying us of unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agreed not to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content without permission, impersonate others, or interfere with other users.

5. Subscription and Payment

Payments were processed through Stripe. The service is paused and no subscriptions are being charged.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

All subscriptions have been cancelled. For any billing question, email support@moniquid.co.uk.

7. Data Accuracy

Moniquid was a tool to help you manage your finances. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated insights, inaccurate categorisation, financial decisions based on those insights, or omissions in data you entered.

8. Intellectual Property

Moniquid, its logo, design, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Moniquid is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for loss of data, unauthorised access, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
